We want you to be happy with what you order. If something isn’t right, here is how returns, exchanges and refunds work at OfficeSuiteSolution.

30-day returns

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all parts and accessories included.

How to start a return

Email info@officesuitesolution.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, or use the contact form on our Contact page.
We will reply within 1 business day with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid return label (see “Return shipping costs” below).
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the label and drop it off with the carrier within 14 days of receiving the RA.
Once we receive and inspect the item (usually within 3 business days of arrival), we will email you to confirm your refund.

Return shipping costs

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: we pay return shipping and will send a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping charges.
Change of mind: we provide a prepaid label and deduct a flat $6.95 return shipping fee from your refund. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we approve the return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. We do not issue refunds to a different card or account.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us and we will ship a replacement at no cost.

Non-returnable items

Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
Items that have been used, assembled, modified, or are missing parts or original packaging (unless defective).
Gift cards and clearance items marked “final sale” on the product page.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Email us with your order number. Once an order has shipped, please follow the return process above.

Damaged or wrong item received?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer, and cover all shipping costs.
