These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of officesuitesolution.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from OFFICE SUITES SOLUTION LLC (“OfficeSuiteSolution”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. We sell and ship to customers in the United States only.

3. Products, descriptions and pricing

We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions and features accurately; actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Natural materials such as bamboo, wood veneer and seagrass have natural variation in grain and tone. All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax and shipping, which are shown at checkout before payment. We may correct pricing errors, change prices and discontinue products at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We send an order confirmation email when we receive it; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods and send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example where an item is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or there is a pricing error. If we cancel after payment, we will refund you in full.

5. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, and other methods shown at checkout (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay), processed securely by third-party payment providers. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. Your card is charged when the order is placed.

6. Shipping and risk

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided. Title passes when we receive full payment.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy explains how to return items within 30 days of delivery and how refunds are processed. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

8. Warranty and disclaimers

Products are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. If a product is defective, contact us for a replacement or refund. Except as expressly stated, products and the Site are provided “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, product photography, graphics and logos, is owned by or licensed to OFFICE SUITES SOLUTION LLC and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

11. Reviews and user content

By submitting a review or other content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it on the Site and in our marketing. Reviews must be honest, based on your own experience and free of unlawful or offensive content. We may remove content at our discretion.

12. Promotions and coupons

Coupon codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Free-shipping thresholds are based on the order subtotal after discounts.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any legal action, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
