Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped. Email info@officesuitesolution.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, you can return it under our 30-day return policy.

The price you see is the price you pay: we do not add sales tax at checkout at this time. If we are ever required to collect sales tax for your state, it will be shown as a separate line before you pay, never added afterwards.

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and reorder faster.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $49 or more and $5.95 on smaller orders. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is $14.95.

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch; expedited takes 2–3. You’ll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Not at the moment. We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C.

Tracking can take 24 hours to activate. If there is no movement for 7 business days, contact us and we’ll open a carrier claim and send a replacement or refund.

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund. We provide a prepaid label; a $6.95 return-shipping fee applies to change-of-mind returns. Defective or incorrect items are returned free.

We issue refunds within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to post the credit.

We’re sorry. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll ship a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.

Yes. We list length, width, height and weight for every product, measured at the widest points. If you need a measurement that isn’t listed, email us and we’ll check the sample in our office.

Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking. A light coat of food-safe mineral oil once a year keeps the grain rich.

Each stand lists its load rating (40–66 lb). Most 24–34 inch monitors weigh 8–20 lb including the stand, so you have plenty of margin. Check your monitor’s spec sheet if unsure.
