Yes. Every licence is obtained through authorised Microsoft distribution and activates against Microsoft’s own servers exactly as a licence bought from Microsoft would. If a key ever fails to activate, you get a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Most orders arrive within minutes of payment. A small number are held briefly for a fraud check, which can extend that to a couple of hours. If nothing has arrived after an hour, check your spam folder first, then email us and we will resend it straight away.

A standard licence covers one machine. Where a product is sold as a multi-PC pack it says so in the product name, and the number of machines is stated on the product page.
