Every product page lists the exact size, weight and material, because an organizer that does not fit the drawer is a return nobody wants. Orders ship from the United States in one to two business days, shipping is free over $49, and anything that does not work in your space can come back within 30 days. Questions before you order
Will the organizer fit my drawer or desk?
Every product page lists length, width and height, measured at the widest points, and for drawer organizers the minimum inside drawer size. Measure the inside of the drawer, not the front. If a measurement you need is missing, email us and we will measure it.
What are the products made of?
Bamboo, solid walnut or walnut veneer, powder-coated steel, cast acrylic, wool-blend felt, seagrass and cotton. The material is listed on each page. Natural materials vary slightly in color and grain from piece to piece.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. We ship to all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to PO boxes for items over 10 lb, or to US territories and APO addresses.
How do I track my order?
You get a tracking link by email when the order ships, usually within 1 to 2 business days. You can also check any order on the Track My Order page with your order number and email.
What if the item arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping, and we cover the return.
