Payment Policy

This page explains how you can pay on officesuitesolution.com, what happens to your card details, and what we do about tax, currency and fraud checks.

What we accept

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and JCB, and the digital wallets Google Pay and Apple Pay. The card logos shown at the bottom of every page and on the checkout are the current list.

If a method you want to use is not listed, write to us before you order rather than after. We would rather find you a way to pay than leave you guessing.

What happens to your card details

Your card number never reaches us. When you pay, the details go directly to our payment provider over an encrypted connection, and the provider handles the transaction. What comes back to us is whether the payment succeeded or failed, and the last four digits of the card so that we can match a payment to an order if you contact us about it.

We do not store card numbers, we cannot see them, and we could not charge your card again on our own even if we wanted to.

The whole site runs over HTTPS, which is why the padlock appears in your browser. That covers the checkout as well as every other page.

Currency

All prices on this site are shown and charged in United States dollars. If your card or account is held in another currency, your bank converts the amount at their own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. That fee is your bank’s, not ours, and we never see it.

Tax

Where sales tax or VAT applies to your order, it is calculated at checkout and shown to you before you confirm. The total you see on the final screen is the total you are charged. There are no fees added afterwards.

When you are charged

Payment is taken at the moment you place the order. Your key is then sent to the email address you gave at checkout, usually within minutes.

If a payment is declined, the order is not placed and no key is issued. A declined payment sometimes leaves a pending authorisation on your account for a few days, which your bank releases on its own. We have not taken that money and cannot release it any faster.

Fraud checks

A small number of orders are held for a short manual review before the key is released. This is normal, it usually resolves within the hour, and it exists to protect both of us. If we need anything from you to clear a review, we will email you.

We may decline or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, or where somebody is placing volume orders that look like resale rather than use. If we decline your order, you are refunded in full.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the method you paid with. We cannot send a refund to a different card or account, because our payment provider will not permit it. Our Refund Policy explains the timings and what is covered.

Invoices

An invoice is issued for every order, from Office Suites Solution LLC. If you need specific details on it for your accounts, such as a company name or a tax reference, tell us at checkout or email us afterwards and we will reissue it.

Problems with a payment

If you have been charged and no key has arrived, check your spam folder first, then email us with your order number and we will resend it. If you see a charge you do not recognise, contact us before contacting your bank. We can almost always identify it faster than a chargeback process can, and a chargeback locks the order while it runs.
