The agreement that applies when you buy from Office Suites Solution – in language you can actually read.

These terms govern your use of officesuitesolution.com and any purchase you make from it. Buying from us means you accept them. Please read the section on activated keys in particular, because it is the one that most often causes misunderstandings.
Who you are contracting with
Your contract is with Office Suites Solution LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.
What we sell
We sell genuine Microsoft licence keys, obtained through authorised Microsoft distribution. Every licence is perpetual, which means you pay once and it does not expire. We do not sell subscriptions.
We are an independent retailer. Microsoft, Windows, Office and the other product names used on this site are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation.
What you are buying
A licence key is a right to use software under Microsoft’s own licence terms. You are not buying the software itself, and you are not buying any right to resell the key. Your use of the software is governed by Microsoft’s licence agreement, which you accept when you install it.
Unless the product page says otherwise, a licence covers one computer. Where a product is sold as a multi-machine pack, the number is stated in the product name.
Placing an order
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the key, not when you click the button. We may decline an order, and if we do you are refunded in full and told why.
Prices are shown in United States dollars. We try hard to keep prices and product details accurate, but if something is listed at an obviously wrong price we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour it.
Delivery
Keys are delivered by email to the address you give at checkout, usually within minutes. Nothing is posted. If your key has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then contact us.
Refunds and replacements
You have one hundred and eighty days to obtain a full refund on any key you have not redeemed, and every key carries a lifetime replacement warranty if it fails through no fault of yours. A key that has already been activated cannot be refunded, because it cannot be recovered or resold once redeemed. The full detail is in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your responsibilities
Give us a working email address. Check that the product matches the machine and the edition you need before you activate. Do not share, publish or resell a key. Do not attempt to install a licence on more machines than it permits. Doing any of these voids the replacement warranty.
Limits on our liability
We are responsible for supplying a working licence key and for putting it right if it fails. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost work, lost data or lost profits arising from software you activated with a key bought here. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
If something goes wrong
Tell us first. Almost everything is resolved by email within the hour, and we would far rather fix a problem directly than have you open a dispute with your bank, which freezes the order while it runs and helps neither of us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming and the federal law of the United States, and disputes are subject to the courts of the State of Wyoming.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top tells you when this version took effect.
