This page explains what personal information Office Suites Solution LLC collects when you use officesuitesolution.com, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Office Suites Solution LLC is a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. We are the data controller for the information described on this page.

What we collect when you buy

To sell you a licence key we need your email address, so that we can deliver it, and your billing details, so that the payment can be processed and an invoice issued. We also record what you bought and when.

We do not collect a shipping address, because nothing is shipped.

What we never see

Your card number. Payment details go directly from your browser to our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We receive only whether the payment succeeded and the last four digits, which lets us match a payment to an order when you contact us.

What we collect when you simply visit

Standard technical information that every web server records: your IP address, the browser and device you are using, which pages you opened and when. We use analytics to see which pages are useful and where people get stuck, and it is reported to us as numbers rather than as named individuals.

Why we are allowed to hold it

We hold your order details because we need them to perform the contract you entered into when you bought, and because tax law requires us to keep records of sales. We hold analytics data on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used. Where consent is the correct basis, we ask for it.

Who else sees your information

Our payment provider, in order to take the payment. Our email provider, in order to deliver your key and reply to you. Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database. Our analytics provider, in the anonymised form described above. Our licence supplier, only where a key needs to be verified or replaced, and then only the order reference.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is several years. Support emails are kept while they are useful for helping you and then deleted. Analytics data expires on its own, generally within about two years.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Write to info@officesuitesolution.com and we will respond as quickly as we can, and in any case within one month.

Deleting your information may mean we can no longer support a licence you bought, because we would no longer hold the record that proves it is yours. We will tell you if that applies before we act.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS throughout. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to run the business. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects your information.

Children

This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
